How It Works

  1. Connect Your Xero Organisation

    Click Connect to Xero on the Veritas Ledger page. You will be redirected to Xero's secure OAuth2 PKCE authorisation screen. Grant read access to your accounting data. No banking credentials are requested or stored — only a short-lived OAuth2 access token and a rotating refresh token.

  2. Run the Forensic Scan

    Once connected, click Run Forensic Scan. The Veritas Protocol queries every LIABILITY account in your Xero chart of accounts — Gift Cards Redeemable, Customer Deposits, Prepayments, and similar accounts — and applies the 12-Month Stagnant Balance Rule: any balance that has not moved in the past 12 months (excluding the last 30 days) is flagged as a candidate for recovery.

  3. Review Your Recoverable Capital

    The Veritas Ledger presents each flagged account with its account name, account type, days since last movement, and the recoverable balance. Active subscribers see full unblurred detail for every entry. You can see how many entries have been identified and the aggregate recovery potential across your organisation.

  4. Review and Act on Your Recovery Report

    Your Revrec Pro subscription gives you full access to all identified recovery opportunities — including unblurred balances, forensic evidence citations, and prioritised recovery actions. Download or export your complete Recovery Report and action flagged entries directly inside Xero. Recovered capital is tracked in your dashboard as it is reconciled.
